At Valora Living, we want your shopping experience to be simple, transparent, and stress-free. This policy explains how we handle shipping, delivery, and installation for your orders.

Shipping & Delivery
We deliver locally in the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area using our own delivery team. Delivery fees are based on both distance from our warehouse and your total order value:
Delivery Fees by Distance & Order Value:
- Orders under $500: $50 within 20 miles, $75 within 40 miles, $100 up to 60 miles.
- Orders $500–$999: $25 within 20 miles, $50 within 40 miles, $75 up to 60 miles.
- Orders $1,000 and above: Free delivery.

Installation Services
Professional installation is available for an additional flat fee:
- Desks, beds, living room sets, dining tables: $50 per item.
- More than one item (bundle rate): $100.
- Bedrooms (complete set): $150.
